Pelovsky of Owatonna, Minnesota, born in Mankato, Minnesota, who passed away at the age of 59, on March 15, 2023. He was predeceased by: his father Karl Pelovsky; and his father-in-law Ronald Rinehart. He is survived by: his children, Joshua (Angela) and Natasha Bellefeuille (Jonathan); his mother Gladyce Pelovsky; his wife Jill Rinehart; his siblings, Scott, Kris and Kelly Blum (Tim); his parents-in-law, Connie and Jim Kalis; and his siblings-in-law, Pam Veencamp (Jon) and Mark Rinehart (Corrie). He is also survived by nieces, nephews.

In lieu of flowers and plants, memorials preferred for a memorial that is in preparation for other dog walkers to enjoy on Terry's path.
