He is survived by: his wife Linda Polkow of Owatonna; his children, Todd Polkow (Allie) of Easton, Sara Van Moer (Sam) of Burnsville and Hope Rouge (Randy) of Owatonna; his grandchildren, Jordan Carlson (Austin), Avery Polkow, Levi Henderson, Nolan Polkow and Ada Van Moer; his great grandchild Braxtin Carlson; and his siblings, Judy Pauling (Richard), Jean Polkow, Dean Polkow and Jill Vogel (Tim).
