With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Stanley Howard Thompson of Owatonna, Minnesota, born in Albert Lea, Minnesota, who passed away on September 27, 2022 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Noel Thompson and Ardis Thompson (Lee); and his sister Norrine Jensen. He is survived by: his pets, Brownie, Princess, Sammy and Zena; his children, Craig Thompson (Lori) of Owatonna and Erin Hagen (Rob) of Owatonna; his grandchildren, Derek Thompson (Thu), Bethany Larson (Mat), Haley Thompson, Anna Hagen (Brandon Newland), Nicholas Hagen, Taylor Hagen and Emily Hagen; his stepgrandchildren, Ryan Wachowiak, Bria Wachowiak (Noah Brandt) and Brayden Wachowiak; and his great grandchildren, Wallace Larson and Levi Larson.
Memorials to the Steele County Humane Society or Hospice House patient care fund are preferred.
