He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Illg and Norma Illg (Broderick); his wives, Dorothy Eustice and Marge; his son Michael; his stepchildren, Sue, Jim and David; his son-in-law Greg Horecka; and his siblings, Jospeh, Jim, Harold, Dorothy Paul and Joanna Illg.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jeanne Schoenbauer (Tom) of Faribault and Mary Jo Lindmeier of Dundas; his stepdaughter Judy Horecka of Owatonna; and his sisters, Jean Alberle of Faribault, Rosemary DeWolfe of Lindenhurst and Elizabeth Dittrich (Frank) of Clovis, California.. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
