He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Starman and Ruby Starman (Horecka). He is survived by: his wife Jane Pribyl; his children, Tracy Larsen of Plymouth and Jason Starman; his daughter-in-law Becky of Mesquite, TX; his brother Wayne Starman; and his sisters-in-law, Janet of Owatonna and Sandy Mahon of Anchorage, Alaska. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
