He was predeceased by: his parents, Agnes Rajnet and Edward Rysavy; his siblings, Victor Rysavy (Rita), Mary Spinler (Justin), Ludmilla "Millie" Pester (Joseph) and Albert Rysavy; and his great grandchild Kayden Klein.
He is survived by: his former wife Margaret Seykora; his wife Jeanette Bredeson; his children, Brian Rysavy (Michele) of Owatonna, MN, Laurie Klein (Tim) of Rochester, MN and Nancy Chrisfield (Tom) of Apple Valley, MN.; his stepchildren, Lynn (Debbie) of Chino Valley, AZ., Gwen Smith (Bruce) of Fergus Falls, MN., Holli Johnson (Jay) of Houston, MN., Lonnie Bredeson (Linda Jo) of Eagle, CO. and Kathie Bredeson of Hudson, WI.; his grandchildren, Aaron Klein, Andrew Klein (Briana), Anna Pyle (Brandon), Daniel Rysavy (Elizabeth), Jacob Klein (Anissa), Scott Chrisfield (Davy) and John Chrisfield; his stepgrandchildren, Mandy Reckword (Dennis), Lucas Christensen (Stacy), Jessen Bredeson, Gatlin Bredeson (Kim), Ally Bredeson, Rachael Smith, Wren Bredeson, Andrew Smith (Leona), Bjorn Bredeson, Soren Bredeson, Megan Bredeson, Kaitlyn Bredeson and Ellie Johnson; and his great grandchildren, Lincoln Pyle, Kaylin Klein and Jackson Chrisfield.
Mr. Rysavy's final selfless gift was to donate his body to Mayo Clinic so that medical students may continue to learn from him.
