She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Niemann and Lois Niemann (Monke); and her brother Paul Niemann. She is survived by: her husband Jeff Stowe of Owatonna; her children, Daniel Stowe (Sara) of Mounds View and Amy Stowe of Waseca; and her siblings, Brian Niemann (Cindy) of Litchfield, IL, Laura Duckert (Rob) of Coleman, WI and Glenn Niemann of West Peoria, IL. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials to the Pulmonary Hypertension Association are preferred.
