It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Myrtle Janet Bentley of Owatonna, Minnesota, who passed away on March 21, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hans Olson and Anna Olson (Johnson); her husband Herman; her sisters, Helen Swenson (Raymond) and Violet Christensen (Myrven); and her siblings-in-law, Herbert, Wallace, Fred, Russell, Forrest, Roger Bentley, Bernice Balaton and Louise Dietz.

She is survived by: her children, Barbara Nelson (Mike), Bruce Bentley, Brian Bentley (Pat) and Brenda; her grandchildren, Miranda Loehle (Joe), Greg Nelson, Mark Nelson, Barry Bentley, Marsha Erickson (Ryan), Jennifer Mazouz (Abdeslam), Megan McNabb (Rob) and Sara Pandiyan (Ivan); her great grandchildren, Jordan Peterson (Darin), Taylor Nelson (Nelson Lund), Jacob Nelson, Rebecca Nelson, Owen Erickson, Otto Erickson, Brayden Bentley, Nora Mazouz, Adam Mazouz, Lucas McNabb, Violet McNabb, Olivia Pandiyan and Julia Pandiyan; her great great grandchildren, Bentley Nelson, Derek Peterson and Luke Peterson; her sisters, Angeline Parsons and Marion McDilda; and her sister-in-law Anna Everding.
