He was predeceased by: his parents, Rollin Pierce and Opal Pierce (Work). He is survived by: his wife Trudy Hannover; his children, Sheila Hannover of Austin, TX, Stacey, Lisa Hannover (Owatonna), Sonja and Jeff Knutson (Zimmerman); his grandsons, Danial Hannover (Nikki), Nick Bloom (Brian), Phillip Knutson (Kara), Mitch Hannover (Whitney), Alec Hannover Owatonna (Grace) and Jack Gerken of Boston, MA.; his great grandchildren, Will, Maddie Hannover, Olivia, Bradford Bloom, Wyatt, Levi, Matthew Hannover and Kairi Knutson; and his siblings, Ronald Pierce of Tonka Bay, Bill Pierce of Jordan, Dan Pierce of Minneapolis, Michelle Reger of New Hope and David Pierce of New Hope.
Memorials to the Owatonna Veterans memorial are preferred.
