She was predeceased by: her parents, Garritt Hal and Mathilda Van Hal (Schimmel); and her siblings, Walter Van Hal, Wilma Goodnature and Julia Torgerson.

She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bob" Kraay of Owatonna; her children, Jeff Kraay of Owatonna, Judy Morris (Michael) of Minneapolis, Lori Henry (David) of Faribault and Lisa Lammers (Tom) of Owatonna; her grandchildren, Katie Beck, Laura Schreiner, Danny Morris, Kelsie Sears, Jenna Handel, Tara Lammers and Patrick Lammers; and her brother Wilfred "Bill" Van Hal. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.

Memorials are preferred to the American Cancer Society, Associated Church, or to a place of the donor's choice.
