She was predeceased by: her parents, A. L. "Tony" Binek and Elsie Erdman Binek; and her brother-in-law Bill Giese. She is survived by: her husband Lee Kostelecky of Patrick's Catholic Church; her son Scott (Kim); her grandsons, Tyler and Cody; her daughter Kelly Floeter (Chuck); her grandsons, Cole and Chase; and her sisters, Beverly Volesky (Tony), Frances Smith (Mike) and Dorothy Bussier (Donald). She is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
