She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Kubicek and Agnes Kubicek (Renchin); and her siblings, Leona (Pat) and Donald Kubicek (Theresa). She is survived by: her significant other Alfred Simon (Pat); her children, Jean Westberg (Dave) and Larry Simon; her grandchildren, Ryan Westberg (Heidi Nichols) and Crystal Westberg (Walter); her great grandchild Alexandra Stoeke; and her brothers, Paul Kubicek (Delores), Gilbert Kubicek (Sharon) and Edward Kubicek, Jr. (Melissa Steinbauer) of Williamsburg, VA.. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations are preferred to St. Croix Hospice, Albert Lea or to Sacred Heart Catholic Church/St. Mary's School Owatonna.
