It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lawrence F. Ruehling in Owatonna, Minnesota, who passed away on April 18, 2021, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth Ruehling; his granddaughter Sara Curtis Ruehling; and his siblings, Evelyn Ehmke, Reinhard, Elmer and Lester.
He is survived by: his children, Roger Ruehling (Jody) of Owatonna, Ann L. Ruehling of Owatonna and Robert Ruehling (Ginger Curtis) of California; his grandchildren, Andrew Ruehling (Denise Franz), Megan Kettunen (Carl) and Kelsey Ruehling; his great grandchildren, Noah, Hannah and Micah; and his sister-in-law Lucille Ruehling of New Prague.
Memorials are preferred to Owatonna Foundation, Planned Parenthood, United Way of Steele County, Exchange Club of Steele County, Ecumen Hospice or to Benedictine Living Community.
