He is survived by: his wife Pat; his children, Jeff Ptacek (Cheryl) of Owatonna and Jelaine Gwilt (Jeff) of Blooming Prairie, MN; his grandchildren, Alicia Johnson (Cory), Scott Ptacek, Katlin Peterson (Nick), Devin Gwilt, Kaci Henderson (Cale) and Jessica Gwilt; his great grandchildren, Carson, Bay, Gunner Johnson, Haven and Hadley Thordor; his sister Nancy Garner (Dave) of Deerfield, WI; and his mother-in-law Shirley Schley of Owatonna.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to St. Mary's School or Healthy Seniors, both of Owatonna, or the donor's choice.
