She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Bokelmann and Helena Bokelmann (Geisler); her siblings, Jane Gilbertson and John Bokelmann; her parents-in-law, Merle and Lorraine Reineke; and her siblings-in-law, Shelba Reineke, Phil Deming and Duane Reineke.
She is survived by: her husband Stanley Roy Reineke; her children, Sarah Tonizzo (Roberto) of Herndon, VA, Amy Trygestad (Neil) of New Prague, MN, Gretchen Batton (Vern) of Owatonna, MN and Charles Reineke (Traci) of St. Michael, MN.; her grandchildren, Adam Bulver, Elizabeth Bulver, Rachel Breig (Damian), Georgia Trygestad, Chase Trygestad, Iris Trygestad, Courtney Landry (Kyle), Matthew Russell, Paige Reineke and Gavin Reineke; her great grandchildren, Freya, Leo Breig, Bonnie and Joshua Landry; her brothers, Jerome Bokelmann (Dawn) and James Bokelmann (Nancy); and her siblings-in-law, Melodee Bokelmann, Melvin Reineke, Beverly Deming, Gloria Seifert (Steve), Pam Reineke and Jim Gilbertson.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in honor of Joan can be made to the Homestead Hospice House, Owatonna.
