He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Wiggins and Elizabeth Wiggins (Probst); his brother Donald; and his brother-in-law Earl Wheeler. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Tvedt; and his sister Phyllis Wheeler. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers memorials preferred to St. Joseph Catholic Church and Parkinson's Foundation Minnesota.
