He was predeceased by: his wife Helen Francille McMillan (Fran); his parents, Clyde L. Boots and Beatrice Jensen Boots; and his brother Clyde J. Boots (Betty L. Boots). He is survived by: his children, Jane Boots of Louisville, Kentucky, Jennifer Boots of Albert Lea, Minnesota and John Boots (Sharlene) of Hudson, Wisconsin.; his family, Julie, Kris and Mike Boots; his grandsons, Brent Boots (Amy) and Danny Boots (Chelsea); and his great grandchildren, Psalm Marie, Titus Lee, Esther Loraine and Amos Guthrie Boots.
