With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jack Bulver of Owatonna, Minnesota, who passed away on March 25, 2022 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bulver and Hattie Bulver (Stancl); his daughter Susan Radel; and his brothers, Jim and Ronald Bulver.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Bulver; his children, John Bulver (Vicky), Darcy Herrera (Eddie), Doug Bulver (Heather), Bill Bulver, Bobbi Jorgenson (Jim) and Becky Bangs (Scott); and his brother Don Bulver (Cheryl). He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren.
