She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilken Wilkenson and Gilma Wilkenson (Warke); and her brother John Wilkenson. She is survived by: her husband James Grunwald of Owatonna; her children, Susan Fritz (Robert) of Waseca, Brian Grunwald (Julie) of Waseca and Michael Grunwald of Edina; her grandchildren, Lindsey Fritz (Jason Esse), Carley Gleason (Eric), Jayson Fritz, Adam Grunwald (Jessica) and Chad Grunwald (Jessica Royer); and her sister-in-law Linda Wilkenson of New Richland. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
