She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester McMillan and Edna McMillan; and her siblings, Harold (Louise McMillan), Chester (Maxine McMillan), Betty (Harold Summers) and Roxy (Cecil George).
She is survived by: her children, Jane Boots of Louisville, Kentucky, Jennifer Boots of Albert Lea, Minnesota and John Boots (Sharlene) of Hudson, Wisconsin.; her family, Julie, Kris and Mike Boots; her husband Jack Boots; her grandsons, Brent Boots (Amy) and Danny Boots (Chelsea); her great grandchildren, Psalm Marie, Titus Lee, Esther Loraine and Amos Guthrie Boots; her siblings, Mildred Anderson, Susan Henderson, Linda McMillan and Howard McMillan; and her close friend Jerry Hickman. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
