He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Hoffman and Rose Hoffman (Koko). He is survived by: his wife Beverly; his children, Terry (Sarah), Sherry Sellers (Greg), Craig (Sara) and Brenda Hoffman (Michael Lancette); and his brother Lyle. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, one great-grandchild.
