She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Scott and Inez Scott (Forthun); and her nephew Jeremiah Belden. She is survived by: her former husband James Lewis; her daughters, Carrie Schmidt of Owatonna and Renee Barth (Russ) of Austin; her grandchildren, Collin Lewis, Kasen Barth (Bri Winter), MaKenzie Schmidt (Jerad Ristau) and Abby Barth; her stepgrandsons, Alex Barth and Andy Barth; her great grandchildren, Caleb and Karsen; and her siblings, Carol Root (Dud), Steve Scott, Dawn Terry (Robert), Mark Scott, Ellie Kew (Dan) and Lisa Belden (Tony). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorials are preferred to the family.
