With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donald A. Resler (Owatonna, Minnesota), who passed away on February 16, 2021 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Anton Resler and Myrtle Resler (Hondl); his wife Barbara June Freese of Anaheim; his sister Marjorie Kahlen (Clifford); and his siblings-in-law, Evelyn Resler, Dr. Norvin and Bonnie Schaper.
He is survived by: his children, Todd Resler (Laura) of Owatonna, Murry Resler (Valerie) of Cottage Grove and Daun Resler-Schultz (Mark) of Owatonna; his grandchildren, Karen Hare (Shane), Steven Resler (Jill), Joel Resler, Clarissa Adams (Corby Renfrew), Megan Resler and Amelia Schultz; his great grandchildren, Katelyn Hare, Ava, Addison, Josie Resler, Evie, Roan and Lena Adams; and his brother Luvern Resler of Lakewood, Colorado..
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorials to St. John Lutheran Church in Havana Township, Owatonna Area Hospice, or the donor's choice.
