It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Darlene Gertrude Hoffman (Owatonna, Minnesota), who passed away on September 20, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Hoffman and Gertrude Hoffman (Waltz); her brothers, Ray and Tony Hoffman; and her siblings-in-law, Frank Doyle and Rose (Sobrek).
She is survived by: her sister Joan Doyle (Hoffman) of Apple Valley, MN; her sister-in-law Nancy Hoffman (Root) of Eagan, MN; and her nieces and nephews, Terry, Dan, Tim Doyle, Jon, Marc, Jeff Hoffman, Mary Fortman (Doyle), April Sorenson (Hoffman) and Christine Ray (Hoffman).
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 27th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (512 S Elm Ave, Owatonna, MN 55060). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, September 27th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, September 27th 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Sacred Heart Cemetery (2030 S Cedar Ave, Owatonna, MN 55060).
