He was predeceased by: his parents, George Jerpbak and Agnes Jerpbak (Hagen). He is survived by: his wife Judy Jerpbak; his children, Brian Jerpbak (Lori) and Staci DeBus (Patrick); and his grandsons, Carter DeBus of Owatonna, Zach Jerpbak of Owatonna and Griffin DeBus of Owatonna. He is also survived by his wife, children and grandchildren.
