He is survived by: his children, Kenny Kukacka of Lonsdale, Karen Chlan (Don) of Webster, Deb Forthun (Bob Gosse) of Medford, Darin Kukacka (Maggie Siedow) of New Prague, Lisa Scharf (Paul) of New Prague and Addie Kukacka of Bloomington; and his siblings, Leon Kukacka of Le Center, Lila Korbel of Tennessee, Joel Kukacka of Heidelberg and Lucy Connolly of Missouri. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.
