Williams Jr. of Owatonna, Minnesota, born in Boone, Iowa, who passed away at the age of 74, on December 28, 2020. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruce Williams and Vivian Williams (Anderson); his son Daniel Williams; and his sisters, Lonna Lane and Lenda Hermanstorfer.

He is survived by: his wife DeAnn Williams of Owatonna; his children, Brad Williams (Debbie) of Zumbrota and Mindie Tanner (Clint) of Waseca; and his grandchildren, Alisha Vick (Justin), Nicole McSherry (Jason), Britani Arndt (Brandon), Rachel Williams (Bryce Goodwin), Clayton Tanner, Maclain Tanner, Zach Williams and Nick Peterman. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
