He was predeceased by: his uncle Bill. He is survived by: his parents, James Hazen and Shirley Hazen of Spokane; his children, Robert Hazen II of Spokane, WA., Kayla Schoonover of Spokane, WA., Kyle Hazen of Spokane, WA., Cody Hazen of Spokane, WA. and Natashia Porter of Spokane, WA.; his wife Kelly Hazen of Ottertail, MN; and his siblings, Rick Hazen (Lori), Scott Hazen (Crystal) and Michelle Hazen-Turlock (Brian). He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
