He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Rodgers and Miriam Rodgers (Maple); and his brothers, Ron Rodgers and Don Rodgers. He is survived by: his former wife Jeanne Dugan; his wife Teri Miller; his family, Pine Canyon Ranch and Teri; his pet Button; his grandson Justin (Jennifer); his sisters, Joyce Schneider and Rosanne Davis (Bill); and also Kristi. He is also survived by dogs and horses.
Memorials are preferred to Essentia Health St. Mary's Detroit Lakes Foundation - Cancer Care Fund in memory of Dave.
