We are sad to announce that on March 14, 2023, at the age of 98, Norbert S. Skaran (Ostrander, Minnesota) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Olaf Skaran and Tillie Skaran (Myhre); and his siblings, Arthur Skaran of Seattle, WA, Raymond Skaran of Grand Meadow and Kathryn Losey of Grand Meadow.

He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ruud; and his children, Michael Skaran (Marjory), Candace Lovelace and Richard Skaran (Pamela). He is also survived by his wife, his children, eight grandchildren, and sixteen great-grandchildren.
