He was predeceased by: his parents, Armin Niemeyer and Ella Niemeyer (Meisner); his siblings, Donna Schimdt and Kenneth Niemeyer (Betty); his brothers-in-law, Kelly Simpson and Roland Kohlmeyer; and his grandson Gage Niemeyer.
He is survived by: his former wife Jeannette Hebig; his wife Marlene "Tiny" Westphal of Spring Valley; his sons, Brian Niemeyer (Jenny) of Spring Valley, Dustin Niemeyer of Rochester, Michael Niemeyer (Wendy) of Byron and Garen Niemeyer (Brianna) of Kasson; his sisters, Dorothy Simpson of Spring Valley and Rita Kohlmeyer of Chatfield; and his siblings-in-law, Al Schmidt (Betty) of Wykoff, Kathy Harrington (Wayne Bamlet) of High Forest, Jeanna Westphal (Mark Bamlet) of Stewartville and Terry Westphal of Edgewater, FL. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and countless friends.
