He was predeceased by: his father Dean Calkins. He is survived by: his mother Anna Calkins; his daughters, Erika and Courtney; his wife Michelle; and his siblings, Neal (Mary Jo), Tom Calkins (Lanette) and Mary Kreidelcamp (Dane). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
