He was predeceased by: his father Dale "Ted" Leadens. He is survived by: his mother Marie Leadens (Hughes) of Maple Grove, Minnesota.; and his children, Shawn, Chad, Samuel (Kelly), Stephanie (Tyson), Rebecca (Christopher) and Blake (Jessica). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 5 sisters; 4 brothers; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
