It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melvin Peter Thommes of Osseo, Minnesota, who passed away on October 29, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Thommes and Elizabeth Thommes; his wife Joan Thommes; and his sisters, Betty Gammon, Dorene Uhde and Hildegard Etner.

He is survived by: his children, Pamela Wicks (Keith), Bonnie Blanchet (William) and Michael Thommes (Kellie). He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; six great grandchildren.
