She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Huber (Bob); and her brothers, Hartland Schmidt and David Schmidt. She is survived by: her children, Kathy Weinshel (Eric), Tom Huber (Marlys), Sue Fritz (Jon) and John Huber; her grandchildren, Ben, Sarah, Katelyn (Nicholas), Michael, Nathan (Hannah), Matthew (Eleanor), Rachel, Anna, Evan and Kayli; her brother Robert Schmidt (Diana); her sister-in-law Irene Schmidt; and her nieces, Kristen, Karen, Allison and Caroline.

She was a mom to all, the first call for medical advice, community organizer, caretaker for elderly relatives and neighbors, and support for others during the pandemic.
