Marlan was predeceased by: wife Angeles; and brother Wayne. Marlan is survived by: children, Melanie Stainbrook, Cynthia Preble (Bill) and Michael Stainbrook (Shaina); grandchildren, Micah, Tora, Bryce, Ella, Kamryn, Branson and Azlyn; brother Gary Stainbrook (Mellani); and sister-in-law Josette Stainbrook (Ophelia Reisinger).
