Mahendra is survived by: wife Karen Sue Samkaran; parents, Tarawattie "Dato" and Dhanny "John"; siblings, Dharmendra "Dimin" (Somawattie), Chitrakha "Pearl" and Sunita; nieces and nephews, Micheal, Yogeta "Dian", Jessica, Nadira "Dana", Surendra "Kevin" and Kylee; stepson Jeffery Allen; and grandchildren, Abby, Austin and Jeffery.
