He was predeceased by: his wife Mary R. Kaminski; his grandson Wyley Knutson; his parents, Walter Kaminski and Ann Kaminski; and his siblings, Ken and Geri Toohey.

He is survived by: his daughters, Kerry Brennan (Dan), Kim Herzog (Tony), Kris Louden (Randy), Lea Lahti (Dudley) and Mary Knutson; and his friend Bev Giem. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, one brother, three sisters.
