He is survived by: his wife Leanna Holms (Holms); his children, Sam and Sophie; his sisters, Susan Sevitts, Sally Fravel, Janet Sevitts, Mary Kelchen and Julie Carnahan (Joshua); his stepmother Betty Banks; and his nieces and nephews, Josh Gorey (Gail Queen), Amber Nelson (Ryan), Jaren Kelchen (Desiree), Lucy Holms, Riley Bright, Emily Bright, Dory Holms, Dempsey Carnahan and Donny Holms.
