He was predeceased by: his wife Kim; his son Chuck; his parents, Henry Spartz and Frances Spartz; and his brothers, Elmer, Herb and Donald.
He is survived by: his children, Patrick Spartz (Kathleen), Paul Spartz, Margaret Langston (Marvin), Andrea Spartz, Sharon Spartz and Mary Kay Reistad (Jim); his grandchildren, Dan Spartz (Amanda), Tara Dueck (Judah), Tim Spartz (Michelle) and Jimmy Reistad; and his great grandchildren, Ava, Dorothy, Anna Dueck, Abe, Joey, Hadley and Owen Spartz. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
C.J. served as building chairman, commander, bingo chairman and blood donation chairman.
