She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Leska and Lillian Leska; her brother Paul; and her granddaughter Kayli. She is survived by: her husband Tom Kartak of Maple Grove; her son Jason Kartak (Sharla); her granddaughters, Rebecca and Jescelyn Kartak of Cabool, Missouri; and her sisters, Fran, Jean Kartak of New Hope and Joan Atkins of Cottage Grove. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
