He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph "Jim" Dahlheimer and Colleen Roscoe; his stepfather Jim Roscoe; his brother Kelly Dahlheimer; and his friend Brad Rosch.
He is survived by: his wife Rozanne (Kellar); his children, Joseph (Shannon) and Janell Leisen (Matthew); his grandchildren, Audrey and Isaac; and his sisters, Teri Nagell, Robin Larsen (Chuck) and Kim Shermer (Keith).
