He is survived by: his wife Wendy; his children, Joshua Prokosch (Stephanie), Crysannia Baumer (John), David Prokosch and Zachary Prokosch (Samantha); his grandchildren, Austen Simmon, Klaira Baumer, Lally Prokosch, Harper Baumer, Henry Baumer and Declan Prokosch; and his siblings, Paul Prokosch (Michelle) and Joan Putrzenski (Jay).
