He is survived by: his father Allen David Axelson Sr.; his children, Sara Jacobs (Clint), Marc Axelson (Toni) and Cheyenne Cothrum (Travonte); his grandchildren, Leah, Amy, Kyle, Riva and Jakobe; his stepgrandchildren, Cale and Ava; and his siblings, Randy Axelson (Jenny) and Annette Weber (Rick). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
