He is survived by: his wife Catherine; his pet Venus Marie Moon; his siblings, Dee Flicker, Melissa Polkinghorne (Steve) and Mark Moon; his mother-in-law Sandy Simonson; his nephews, Nathan Moon and Mahlon Polkinghorne (Randal); his niece Rebecca Moon; and his great-nephews, Wyatt and Wahlon Polkinghorne.
