She is survived by: her close friend Vonnie Bergman; her husband Wayne Nelson; her children, Mark Nelson (Stacy), Kara Pitchford (Tim) and Paula Nelson (Craig); her grandchildren, Jacob Pitchford (Katie), Erik Pitchford, Anna Pitchford, Dane Nelson, Kjersten Nelson, Ally Nelson and Kate Nelson; and her sister-in-law Ilene Sherlock. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
