With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Willard Forest Clay (Osakis, Minnesota), who passed away on May 12, 2023 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Forest Clay and Inez Clay (Peterson); his sister Nancy Kuckenbecke; his brother-in-law Lester Habedank; his granddaughter Kelsey Hauge; his great grandchild Arinnia Brazier; and his close friend Richard Mikkelson.
He is survived by: his wife JoAnn; his children, Kevin Clay (Christy), Pamela Hauge (Steven) of Elgin, MN, Denise Peterson (Rodney) of Albert Lea, MN, Stephanie Clay (Chuck) of Ely, MN, Marcia Frank (Nick) of St. Cloud, MN, Kimberly Arenson (Scott) of Roseau, MN, Kari Duguay of Long Prairie, MN, Kathy Torgerson (Todd) of Long Prairie, MN and Darla Holmquist (Scott) of Osakis, MN; his siblings, Susan Vosen (Dale) of Little Falls, MN, Sallie Habedank of Waite Park, MN and Rex Clay (Judy) of Long Prairie, MN; and his brother-in-law Ray Kuckenbecker of Rogers, MN. He is also survived by many grandchildren; great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Salem Lutheran Church or The Gideons of Osakis, MN.
