It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Thelma Yamasaki of Osakis, Minnesota, born in Kailua Kona, Hawaii, who passed away on January 29, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Yamasaki and Kikue Yamasaki. She is survived by: her brother-in-law Donald Fujiwara of Hawaii; her nieces and nephews, Jon of Hawaii, Nathan of Hawaii, Nolan of Hawaii, James of Hawaii, Larry of Hawaii, Maile of Hawaii, Cindy of Hawaii, Coulette of Hawaii and Susie of Hawaii; her great-nephew Gabriel Fujiwara; and her close friends, Osakis, Marlys Benson, Sandi Benson and Charlotte Myhre.

Memorials may be made in her memory to the MN Library for the Blind at 388 6th Ave SE, Faribault, MN 55021.
