We are sad to announce that on September 14, 2021, Richard D. Stowe of Osakis, Minnesota, born in Saint Cloud, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Stowe and Josephine Stowe (Martineau); his siblings, Ardith Jean Stowe, John and Gerald; his brothers-in-law, Robert H. Yozamp, Sr., Ronald M. Manuel and Gerald A. Inderieden; and his nephews, Richard D. Handeland and Daniel M. Yozamp.

He is survived by: his sisters, Luana Manuel of Baxter, MN, Joan Yozamp and LaVerle Inderieden of St. Cloud. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
