She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Chapin and Clara Chapin (Steffen); her husband Donald Hagen; her sons, Curtis and Donald Robert; and her daughter-in-law Lisa Hagen.
She is survived by: her children, Connie Nelson (Ken) of Bertha, Donna Pulkrabek (Larry) of Superior, WI, Richard Hagen (Kathy) of Glenwood, Mark Hagen of Springield, MO and Lynnette Swenstad (Howard) of Osakis; her brother LeRoy Chapin of Long Prairie; and her granddaughters, Kim Kundert, Amy Rach, Angie Paulson, Rebecca Longtin, Jessica Magnuson, Amanda Jensen and Kristie Swenstad. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
